The ideal candidate will drive sustainable growth and profitability for a Telco-AI company whose portfolio spans Voice AI for debt collection, outbound telephony, SMS marketing, an AI-powered contact center platform and wholesale voice services in Mexico & the U.S. He/she will design and execute the commercial, B2B and go-to-market strategy to win AAA accounts (financial groups, retail, travel, debt collectors), strengthen the company's position in Mexico and, ideally, prepare its expansion into the U.S. The CRO is the liaison between client needs and the team of AI agent engineers, turning market insight into revenue, margin and product direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business development. Own revenue forecasting, growth targets and pricing strategy in coordination with Finance. Identify new revenue streams (routes, products, verticals, geographies), upselling and cross-selling, and close strategic partnerships.
  • Sales. Design and implement B2B consultative sales processes, and recruit, lead and scale the sales force. Build trust-based relationships with decision-makers, particularly banking executives and operations engineers, and follow proposals through to close.
  • Customer success. Ensure customer satisfaction in line with SLAs, proactively manage churn risk and build key account management plans together with Operations.
  • Product and operations. Validate product–market fit and translate client needs and pain points into clear inputs for the product roadmap and the AI engineering team. Define process ownership and automate where possible.
  • PR. Act as company spokesperson at industry events and with specialized media, and lead with Marketing a commercially focused brand positioning in the U.S. and LATAM.
  • Reporting. Report revenue to the CEO and standardize the commercial reporting model: KPI dashboards, variance analysis against forecast and regular accountability reviews.
Role Requirements
  • 12–15 years of experience in a similar leadership role, with a solid track record in sales (BD), custome success, knowledge of agentic AI and operations.
  • Banking products and mass services: commercialization of credit cards, debit, loans or other large-scale services.
  • Technology and agentic AI: proven knowledge of technology implementation and AI; able to follow product development and agent automation from a technical perspective.
  • Network: broad network of decision-makers in relevant industries and a deep understanding of Mexican and U.S. corporate culture. Startup, hands‑on and results‑driven mindset.
