AutoZone Business and Technology Store Support Center in Chihuahua, MX seeks a CRM/SDLC expert to lead development and analytics for MS Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Power BI. You will document processes, train teams, and deliver reports to leadership and sales.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CS/IT, 5–7 years of experience, and strong coding (C#, PowerShell). You will supervise others, guide project work, and ensure on-time delivery with quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience.
• Proficient in C#, PowerShell.
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Ability to teach, coach and mentor others.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in all phases of the SDLC for SFA projects; roles may vary by project.
• Develop and/or maintain software applications.
• Debug, code, and test (QA/QE).
• Write documentation and roll out software; provide production support.
• Gather requirements and develop formal program specifications.
• Define code specifications and how systems will be constructed.
• Provide high-level and Ad-Hoc analysis; manage projects with teammates.
