DoorDash is seeking an Associate, Campaign Operations Marketing in Mexico City. This role focuses on building, testing, and launching retention marketing campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels using Braze alongside our internal tools.

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, or equivalent like internship or coursework.
• Experience with an email or marketing automation platform (Braze, Iterable, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo).
• Experience or coursework supporting quality checks or testing for a project, campaign, or content.
• Comfort analyzing data such as open rate, click-through rate, or campaign results to inform decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Build, test, and launch retention marketing campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels using Braze and internal tools.
• Support the quality-review process for each campaign, collaborate with designers and copywriters, and help build audience segments.
• Partner with Lifecycle Marketing, Martech, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Design teams on campaign goals and creative execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and share ideas to improve quality, craft, and efficiency for future campaigns.
