Job summary

RS Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support credit activities across RS Americas and Canada. The role focuses on evaluating credit risk, maintaining credit information, and ensuring compliance with policies.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to manage credit reviews and order movement. The position requires an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Credit or related financial operations.
• Understanding of credit risk management principles.
• Experience analyzing customer financial information, payment behavior, and credit reports.
• Experience with fraud reviews and risk prevention processes.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit reviews and evaluate customer creditworthiness utilizing financial data, payment history, credit bureau information, and business risk indicators.
• Provide recommendations for credit limit changes, decreases, account holds, blocks, and releases based on payment trends and overall risk.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and AR teams to support solutions to credit holds.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Review high-risk accounts and escalate concerns appropriately to stakeholders.
• Support fraud reviews and risk prevention processes.
• Assist with special projects, system testing, and process improvement initiatives related to credit risk management and accounts receivable operations.
