ADI Global Distribution in San Luis Potosí is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage past-due accounts and ensure collection metrics for a moderately complex portfolio. You will analyze payment trends, resolve invoice disputes, and coordinate with multiple departments to optimize cash flow. Strong Excel skills and English communication are required.

This role is hybrid with 1st or 2nd shift options, located at Avenida Palmira No 351. 5to Piso, San Luis Potosi.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Customer Service or a Finance related role.
• Advanced English language, written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros.

• Analyze account statements, payment trends, and customer financial behavior to minimize bad debt risk.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, resolve disputes, and promote customer satisfaction.
• Recommend credit terms and support credit-related decision-making.
• Prepare monthly cash forecasts and provide reporting on collection activities and account performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve collection processes, reduce risk exposure, and enhance cash flow performance.

Activities include establishing and maintaining contact with customers concerning past due invoices, payment trends, resolution of disputed invoices, and other matters related to receivables. You would interact with a variety of functional areas at various business sites related to customer disputes, invoice copies, proof of delivery, contract/PO issues, etc. Provides monthly cash receipt forecasts and various analysis.

JOB DUTIES:

YOU MUST HAVE:

• 1 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Customer Service or a Finance related role
• Prior experience with advanced usage of the English language inclusive of written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to manipulate and update Microsoft Excel documents to track customer invoicing– working experience with pivot tables, formulas, and macros

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

1st Shift

• Summer Time: 6:00am to 3:30pm
• Winter Time: 7:00am to 4:30pm

2nd Shift

• Summer Time:7:00am - 4:30pm
• Winter Time: 8:00am - 5:30pm
