ADI Global Distribution, a Resideo company, is looking for an experienced Digital Design Specialist as an essential member of the Digital Experience Team. The position is responsible for delivering effective and aesthetic on-brand and on-strategy creative assets like product graphics, emails, social media graphics, banners, digital/print catalogs, packaging, and other customer touchpoints — all within a growing ecommerce-driven environment.

Job Description

ADI Global Distribution, a Resideo company, is looking for an experienced Digital Design Specialist as an essential member of the Digital Experience Team. The position is responsible for delivering effective and aesthetic on-brand and on-strategy creative assets like product graphics, emails, social media graphics, banners, digital/print catalogs, packaging, and other customer touchpoints — all within a growing ecommerce-driven environment.

JOB DUTIES:

• Design and execute compelling creative assets for ecommerce websites, mobile apps, product graphics and packaging, logos, social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads, digital signage, email campaigns and email templates
• Manage and produce digital design assets including sizing, and versioning of your work
• Maintain, update and publish content on the company's websites using our CMS tool
• Ensure timely and accurate production, posting and linking of content
• Perform image editing such as shadowing, cropping, resizing and optimizing for web
• Follow brand guidelines and work within templates where applicable
• Design and produce trade show materials including signage, banners and attendee giveaways
  
  

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Minimum 3+ years successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency or inhouse Web team
• Portfolio of your design work which should demonstrate fully executed digital design work
• Proficient at using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of digital and print design/production principles
• Prior experience with advanced usage of the English language inclusive of written and verbal communication.
• Based in Queretaro
  
  

WE VALUE:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, FTP and development principles are helpful
• Experience designing digital marketing promotions or advertising
• Experience designing emails in a marketing automation (ERP) system like Marketo
• Working knowledge of Excel and Workfront a plus
• An eye for selecting engaging, appropriate images to accompany text
• Team player that collaborates well with other designers
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and work well under pressure
• Strong work ethic and personal accountability with a professional demeanor
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
