Monks is seeking a Social Media Strategist to translate business objectives into content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest, building distinctive social presences for brands and creators.

You will plan content calendars, analyze audience behavior, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and engagement while exploring innovative, AI-enabled workflows to optimize performance.

Formación

• Experience developing organic growth and community-building strategies.
• Experience working strategically with creators and their content.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest, including formats and audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into recommendations.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple deliverables.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Content Planning: develop and oversee content calendars, campaigns, and deliverables.
• Organic Growth Strategy: increase reach, relevance, and engagement of brand channels and creator profiles.
• Innovation and Experimentation: explore emerging technologies for storytelling and community growth.
• Team Guidance: align Creative team and Community Managers with strategic objectives.
• Community Intelligence: analyze audience behaviors to identify opportunities for content and growth.
• Performance and Optimization: define and track KPIs, turn data into actionable insights.
• Trends and Opportunities: monitor platform trends for relevance to brand and creators.
• Platform Strategy: tailor approaches for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.
• Collaborative Work: collaborate with Data, Paid Media, Creative, and Project Management teams.
