Clase Azul México is seeking a visionary designer to translate the brand's codes of luxury into premium products and collaborations. You will lead creative concepts, ensuring alignment with craftsmanship and Mexican artistry while managing project priorities and design strength across the team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive luxury design experience, advanced 3D visualization skills, and a deep knowledge of ceramics and manufacturing processes, along with a passion for Mexican culture

Formación

• Extensive experience designing premium or luxury products.
• Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling.
• Advanced 3D visualization, sketching and digital modelling.
• Knowledge of ceramic materials and manufacturing processes.
• Passion for Mexican culture and its global expression through design.

Responsabilidades

• Translate the Creative Direction into actionable concepts, narratives, and guidelines.
• Align projects with brand strategy, identity, and positioning.
• Plan the creative portfolio and prioritize initiatives based on business needs.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to assign projects across the design team.
• Develop concepts for new products, limited editions, collaborations, and experiences while preserving luxury aesthetics.
