fontisenergy is seeking a Deck Supervisor to lead safe, efficient vessel loading/offloading and deck operations in our offshore drilling team. You will supervise deck crews, oversee crane support, inspect rigging, maintain lift equipment, and ensure all procedures and logs comply with company standards.

You will provide daily operating guidelines, conduct drills, ensure proper handovers between shifts, and train subordinates per the training matrix, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Formación

• 3 years’ experience in the position, preferably in oil & gas drilling-related industry.
• Crane Operator certificate required.
• Fluent English desirable.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise deck crews and organize deck operations.
• Inspect rigging, slings, wire rope, shackles; ensure tagging and removal of damaged equipment.
• Maintain cranes and lift appliances; monitor for safety compliance.
