RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

• Define channel, customer and brand portfolio priorities aligned with global and market growth ambitions.
• Build annual and quarterly commercial plans focused on winning in key cities, occasions and outlets.
• Lead strategic investment across A&P activations, trade spend and customer programs to maximize ROI and support disciplined resource allocation.
• Develop a robust commercial calendar integrating brand, customer and consumer activations aligned with brand priorities.
• Ensure a strong customer profitability approach and P&L discipline in partnership with Finance.
• Develop joint business plans with key On Trade customers and groups to unlock mutual growth and strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Design tailored customer strategies to win at the point of consumption, including menu, visibility, experiences, house pour strategy and share of recommendation at the bar.
• Lead outlet segmentation across top accounts, influencers and high-energy venues to prioritize investment and scale growth opportunities.
• Translate commercial and customer strategies into best-in-class market execution across priority outlets and cities.
• Lead high-impact activations, advocacy programs and aspirational brand experiences that drive trial, visibility and premium execution.
• Track and optimize performance KPIs including sell-out, NSV, share, rate of sale, distribution, ROI, menu presence and advocacy.
• Monitor performance by customer, outlet segmentation and brand priority, proactively adjusting plans based on insights and competitive dynamics.
• Ensure strong reporting discipline and alignment with commercial scorecards to support growth management and decision-making.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and other stakeholders to connect brand strategy with in-outlet execution.
• Influence key external stakeholders including customers, bartenders, mixologists, operators and partners to strengthen Bacardi's presence and execution in the On Trade.

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

• Relevant experience in commercial planning, customer marketing, sales, trade marketing or category/customer development, preferably within FMCG, beverages or spirits.
• Strong understanding of commercial execution, On Trade dynamics, outlet segmentation, customer activations and shopper/consumer engagement at the point of consumption.
• Ability to translate brand, channel and customer priorities into clear commercial plans, activation calendars and execution guidelines.
• Experience supporting or developing customer plans, JBPs, customer programs and in-outlet initiatives that drive visibility, trial, menu presence and rate of sale.
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to monitor KPIs such as sell-out, NSV, distribution, rate of sale, market share, ROI, menu presence and advocacy.
• Good financial acumen, with understanding of budget management, A&P investment, trade spend, customer profitability and ROI discipline.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate activations, commercial calendars and cross-functional initiatives with discipline and follow-through.
• Ability to identify execution opportunities, track performance gaps and recommend actions based on insights, customer needs and market dynamics.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, customers, agencies and external partners.
• Effective communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders and support decision-making.
• Consumer and customer-centric mindset, with curiosity for market trends, premiumization, occasions, rituals and outlet experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commercial Management or related field.
