5405 Bacardi y Compania, S.A. de C.V. busca un líder en Excelencia Operativa para alinear estrategias locales con sistemas globales de Bacardi en Tequila Patrón y Tequila Cazadores. Será responsable de promover mejoras continuas, coordinar foros Kaizen y asegurar la consistencia de indicadores de proceso.

El rol requiere gestionar iniciativas, consolidar herramientas Lean y reportar avances a la Dirección, promoviendo una cultura de mejora enfocada y resultados sostenibles en la organización.

Formación

• Experiencia en Excelencia Operativa y Lean Manufacturing.
• Conocimiento de Kaizen y gestión de proyectos.
• Habilidad para coordinar foros de mejora y reportes.

Responsabilidades

• Conectar la Excelencia Operativa local con los sistemas globales de Bacardi.
• Identificar necesidad de complementación de sistemas y promover mejoras.
• Monitorear proyectos Kaizen y su formalización.
• Consolidar herramientas Lean para seguimiento de fallas y mejoras.

Descripción del empleo

Objetivo.

Conectar las estrategias locales y globales relacionadas al cumplimiento efectivo de la excelencia operativa así como las iniciativas y proyectos que contribuyan al beneficio de los indicadores de negocio y desarrollo de cultura integral en Tequila Patrón y Tequila Cazadores fomentando en la organización la cultura de mejora enfocada y continua.

Responsabilidades:

• Realizar la conexión entre la Excelencia Operativa de Tequila Patrón y Tequila Cazadores y sus equivalencias con los sistemas globales de Bacardi.
• Identificar si los sistemas locales de Excelencia Operativa requieren complementarse en relación a los sistemas globales de Bacardi y promover con los procesos correspondientes desarrollos, implementaciones y mejoras.
• Participar de los foros de interconexión de Indicadores de Proceso KMI y su consistencia con KPI & KAI.
• Coordinar el Comité de Mejora Enfocada y el seguimiento a los proyectos en sus diferentes niveles Kaizen.
• Monitorear la evolución de los proyectos Kaizen en la formalización de los sistemas aplicables a la Gestión Integral y resultados en el tiempo.
• Gestionar y promover foros de exposición de proyectos de mejora.
• Consolidar herramientas técnicas de Lean Manufacturing que faciliten al personal la identificación y seguimiento a fallas u oportunidades de mejora en los procesos.
• Establecer mecanismos medibles de niveles de implementación de proyectos e iniciativas de mejora para reporte a Dirección.
• Identificar la conexión de los Sistemas de Excelencia Operativa y Global Bacardi con el SGI así como con los requisitos legales aplicables.
• Mantener registros, evidencia y estadística de evolución en los Sistemas de Excelencia Operativa, de Mejora Enfocada y Continua.
• Promover foros de Benchmark locales, externos y/o globales en pro de la Mejora Enfocada.
