Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Data Science, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial cost analysis.
• Experience in Business Intelligence and profitability analysis.
• Experience developing executive dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• Experience with data modeling, financial analysis, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• You will maintain cost data within Oracle ERP, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across raw materials, packaging, and manufacturing cost structures.
• You will develop Power BI dashboards that provide visibility into costs, manufacturing expenses, profitability, pricing changes, and important business indicators.
• You will analyze manufacturing cost performance, identify trends and variances, and provide recommendations that support operational decisions.
• You will create cost simulations and financial models to evaluate the impact of changes in raw material prices, packaging costs, manufacturing expenses, and exchange rates.
• You will consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to produce indicators, profitability metrics, and business insights that support projects.
• You will partner with other teams to evaluate product costs, new product developments, optimization projects, and specification changes.
• You will identify market trends, supply risks, and cost-saving opportunities through the analysis of raw material and packaging purchases.
• You will help establish standards of data quality, governance, and reporting consistency across cost and profitability analyses.
• You will translate complex datasets into executive-level recommendations that influence profitability and performance.
