About The Role

We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead complex development initiatives, solve technical challenges, and contribute to the design and architecture of our legal technology solutions. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners, mentoring developers, and supporting strategic decision‑making.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Based in Mexico City or willing to commute 2 days per week to our Reforma office.
• Strong experience with .NET (C#) and JavaScript (Angular), and modern development tools.
• Expertise in data modeling, optimization, and test‑driven development.
• Familiarity with architectural principles and scalable system design.
• Experience working with diverse teams and external technology providers.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving skills.
