Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Law degree (Licenciatura en Derecho) from a reputable university.

• Strong understanding of Mexican corporate governance best practices.
• Experience with due diligence processes is essential.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
