Formación

Corporate Communication Trainee.

As Corporate Communication Trainee you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic internal communications activities, with a primary focus on fostering effective information flow and engagement within the organization.In addition to internal communications, the role will involve supporting external communications initiatives across Mexico and Latin America. This includes assisting with public relations activities, which will provide the candidate with a comprehensive understanding of communication strategies within the automotive sector.

The position also encompasses administrative support within the corporate communications area, where the candidate will play a key role in coordinating essential processes that ensure operational efficiency. This multifaceted role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in the field of communications.

What awaits you?

  • Implement activities focused on the BMW Group Latin America headquarters in Mexico City.
  • Oversee digital (TVs, intranet) and traditional (internal newsletter, bulletin boards) channels to enhance dialogue with strategic stakeholders.
  • Develop engaging content and collaborate with various departments to identify key information for employees.
  • Measure and improve the results of internal communication channels.
  • Assist in implementing external communication strategies, including media events and press relations.
  • Work with the media monitoring and PR agencies to support the Corporate Communications team with reports.
  • Oversee budget management and purchasing activities to ensure efficient resource use.

What should you bring along?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Maximum 2 years of experience in internal and external communications, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Strong ability to evaluate communication effectiveness and propose improvements.
  • Proven experience working collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
