Job summary

BMW Group Plant San Luis Potosí invites an energetic Corporate Communication Intern to join our team. You will support content creation, manage internal and external communications, and help coordinate events, while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship in a dynamic automotive environment.

The role requires an active student of Communication or Marketing, 6th–9th semester, strong English skills, and on-site availability from January 1 to June 30, 2027. RFC is required.

Qualifications

• Active student of Communication, Marketing or related field, 6th–9th semester.
• On-site availability Jan 1–Jun 30, 2027, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday at BMW Group Plant San Luis Potosí.
• Must have RFC.
• Advanced English skills.

Responsibilities

• Content creation to support corporate communications.
• Maintenance of communication channels and channels management.

• Visual design, video production and photography tasks.

Corporate Communication Internship

Your work will focus primarily on:
Developing a project that will lead you to acquire knowledge and to put in practice what you have learned during you career at the same time that it will generate a positive impact to the Company.

Requirements:

• Be an active student of Communication, Marketing or related field of study, coursing 6th – 9th semester.
• Availability (on site) from January 1st to June 30th 2027, preferably between 7:00 am – 2:30 pm (40 hours per week) from Monday to Friday in BMW Group Plant San Luis Potosí.
• Have a valid RFC.
• Attention to detail, organized and with good communication skills.
• Advanced English skills.

Monthly scholarship/stipend of $9,600.00 MXN.

The Corporate Communication Department ensures the effective delivery of BMW Group Plant San Luis Potosí’s strategic messages, strengthening employee engagement, stakeholder relationships, and the plant’s reputation among internal and external audiences. The intern will actively support these objectives through content creation, maintenance of communication channels, event coordination, visual design, video production, photography, and social media activities, helping ensure consistent, timely, and engaging communications across the organization.
