BMW Group in San Luis Potosí is offering a Facility Operations Internship from January to June 2027. The role provides hands-on experience with building management systems, energy monitoring, and continuous production support on-site.

You will develop a project that applies classroom knowledge to real-world challenges, benefiting the company and your professional growth. The program requires an active engineering student and strong English skills.

Formación

• Active student in Mechanical/Environmental/Industrial Engineering or related field (6th–9th semester).
• Availability on site Jan 1–Jun 30, 2027 (40 hours/week).
• Have a valid RFC.
• Advanced English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Developing a project that will help you apply learnings and generate positive impact for BMW Group.
• Support control room operations and advance Building Management System (BMS) implementations.
• Monitor building energy consumption, track targets, and drive efficiency projects.

Facility Operations Internship

Your work will focus primarily on:

Developing a project that will lead you to acquire knowledge and to put in practice what you have learned during you career at the same time that it will generate a positive impact to the Company.

Requirements:

• Be an active student of Mechanical, Environmental, Industrial Engineering or related field of study, coursing 6th – 9th semester.
• Availability (on site) from January 1st to June 30th 2027, preferably between 7:00 am – 2:30 pm (40 hours per week) from Monday to Friday in BMW Group Plant San Luis Potosí.
• Have a valid RFC.
• Teamwork, proactive and with good communication skills.
• Advanced English skills.

Monthly scholarship/stipend of $9,600.00 MXN.

Facility Operations department plays a key role in ensuring continuous production by supplying essential services, infrastructure, and technical support.
