Orbia Building & Infrastructure (Wavin) seeks a Sales Coordinator in Monterrey to lead the regional sales strategy, manage key clients, and drive growth in PVC pipe products.

You will coordinate plans, analyze performance, and identify opportunities while collaborating with distributors and project teams. Spanish and English communication are essential, with travel inside and outside the country expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree completed. Desirable: Specialization or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales positions within the construction industry, preferably in PVC pipe sales or related products.
• Strategic market development and sales strategy.
• Analytical thinking, people management, active listening, and communication skills.
• Conversational English is essential.
• Availability to travel within and outside the country

The Role

Coordinate, develop and implement the commercial strategy for the product line marketed, ensuring compliance with sales, profitability and market share objectives through the management of key clients, distributors and strategic projects.
