Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in social work, correctional services, rehabilitation, or program management with offender reintegration focus.
• Strong program development and case management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in Spanish; knowledge of English beneficial.

About the Role

This role, based in Mérida, Yucatán, MX , is instrumental in developing and overseeing programs aimed at supporting individuals through rehabilitation processes and facilitating their successful reintegration into society. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
