MAHLE is seeking an Electrical Maintenance professional to provide hands-on technical support for production lines, drive automation projects, and mentor technicians in Ramos Arizpe, MX. The role focuses on troubleshooting CNC/PLC systems, robotics, and upgrading electrical equipment.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s in a technical field and 2–3 years of experience in maintenance or automation, with hands-on Okuma CNC and Kawasaki robot experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Mechatronics, Electronics or related).
• 2-3 years in Electrical Maintenance, Automation or Manufacturing environments.
• Experience programming/troubleshooting Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley PLC systems.
• Advanced knowledge of CNC controls, preferably Okuma systems.
• Experience with Kawasaki robots and industrial automation equipment.
• Familiarity with machine vision systems, cameras, laser technologies, and electrical control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, technical documentation, and continuous improvement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide electrical technical support for production lines and support areas, including Grinding, Metrology, and Mechanical Workshop operations.
• Perform root cause analysis of recurring equipment issues and develop reaction plans, troubleshooting guides, and work instructions.
• Support CNC controls, PLC systems, robotics, and automation technologies, including Fanuc, Okuma, Sinumerik, and Kawasaki robots.
• Train and mentor Electrical Maintenance Technicians to improve technical skills and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Support the implementation, installation, startup, and validation of new equipment and manufacturing projects.
• Develop and execute electrical equipment upgrades, backups, parameter management, and technical documentation while resolving CNC and PLC failures.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs (OEE, MTTR, MTBF, Availability) and ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Environmental, and Information Security Management Systems.

Your Contribution

Your Experience & Qualifications
