Antolin TLAXCALA is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for production equipment and facilities to meet customer needs. You will establish maintenance plans, monitor downtime, and coordinate with internal teams in a multinational environment.

The role requires a background in industrial/mechanics engineering, at least 3 years in a Maintenance Coordinator role, and fluency in English.

Formación

• Industrial, Mechanics engineer or similar field
• Minimum 3 years as Maintenance Coordinator
• Knowledge of hydraulics, robotics, pneumatics and PLC
• Experience with injection molding machines
• Fluent English

Responsabilidades

• Create and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for assigned equipment.
• Periodically review maintenance plans to stay aligned with internal customers.
• Collect daily downtime information and breakdown types for the last three shifts.

Mission:

As Maintenance Coordinator you will be responsible for providing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to equipment and facilities to ensure their proper operation and meet the production needs of our customers of ANTOLIN TLAXCALA.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for assigned equipment.
• Periodically review maintenance plans to keep them updated and aligned with the needs of internal customers.
• Collect daily information regarding the downtime and types of breakdowns that occurred during the previous three shifts.

What we are looking for:

• Industrial, Mechanics engineer similar or related career.
• Minimum 3 years as Maintenance Coordinator
• Knowledge due to Hydraulics, Robotics, Pneumatics and PLC.
• Experience with injection molding machines.
• Fluently English
