Antolin Saltillo is seeking a Process/Mechanical Engineer to lead engineering efforts in the automotive interiors sector. The role requires strong experience as Engineering Manager, collaboration with OEMs, and SAP proficiency.

You will drive production process improvements and ensure quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in leadership roles within automotive/ interiors domains, strong English communication, and a track record of delivering

Mission:

Achieve customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of the plant's production processes and adherence to the quality system, reducing waste to a minimum, through leadership in the work team and with members of other departments. Coordinate efforts to achieve a quality product in accordance with our customers' specifications, meeting their expectations, promoting self-control in the processes, complying with the quality systems established by Antolín Saltillo.

What we are looking for:

• Process/Mechanical engineer similar or related career.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as Engineering Manager in the Automotive Industry.
• At least 5 year of experience working with OEMs
• At least 3 Years in Interiors Companies
• SAP
• Immediate response to emerging situations in Engineering Area.
• Knowledge on assembly, injection and pressing processes.
• Conversational English.
