Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Coordinador de Cambios de Ingeniería to manage ECNs and ensure BOM data is loaded accurately into the Mapics system. This role acts as a central point between engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to enable smooth transitions and updates to product designs.

You will coordinate ECN reviews, maintain detailed records, validate BOM structures with engineers, and drive process improvements. PLM/ENOVIA and MAPICS familiarity is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 4-7 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering roles.
• Experience with BOMs and ECNs preferred.
• Exposure to PLM systems (ENOVIA) and MAPICS is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, track, and implement ECNs and ECRs.
• Create, review, and upload BOMs into Mapics accurately.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews and approvals.
• Liaise between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.
