MAHLE in Ciudad Juárez is seeking an analytical Accounting Analyst to manage daily records, balance reconciliations, and monthly reports. You will oversee AP/AR, assist with closing processes, and ensure tax/compliance adherence within a maquiladora setting.

The role benefits from bilingual English/Spanish communication, familiarity with accounting standards (NIF/US GAAP a plus), and SAP experience, contributing to process improvements and accurate financial reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Fluent or bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are essential.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail expected.

• Prepare balance accounts reconciliations and account analysis.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Manage and follow up on accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support monthly and annual closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
• Manage internal and external audits.
• Analyze financial variances and provide recommendations.
• Participate in continuous improvement of accounting processes.
• Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Support Annual physical inventory processes.

Skills & Strengths

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Bilingual English Spanish (intermediate-advance level).
• 3 o more years of experience in general accounting, preferably in a maquiladora environment.
• Knowledge of accounting standards (NIF / US GAAP is a plus).
• Experience in annual inventory and cycle counting.
• Knowledge of tax compliance and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
