Johnson Controls in Monterrey seeks a CCB Leader to oversee both technical and commercial aspects of diverse projects. You will be the primary customer contact from order receipt through design to completion, leading ECN governance and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure on-time, within-budget project execution.

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum HNC level qualification in Electronics Engineering required.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary plant representative for Engineering Change Management activities.
• Act as liaison between JADEC Engineering teams and plant stakeholders for product changes.
• Collaborate with Engineering Change Coordinators across locations for standardization.
• Lead the Engineering Change Notices (ECN) process from planning to closure.
• Coordinate product changes through entire lifecycle with relevant functions.
• Evaluate changes for technical, operational, quality, and financial impacts.
