Novartis Farmacéutica in Mexico City seeks an Asset Rights and Source Manager to strengthen our content operations and governance across the marketing ecosystem.

You will ensure that creative source files, asset rights documentation, contracts, and related materials are collected, managed, stored, and governed while collaborating with agencies, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to enable efficient use and reuse of marketing assets across the enterprise.

Formación

• Highly organized with proactive, detail-oriented approach.
• Experience in content operations, asset rights documentation, or governance.
• Ability to collaborate with creative agencies, legal/compliance, and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure creative source files, asset rights documentation, contracts are collected and governed.
• Collaborate with creative agencies, content operations, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Establish scalable, compliant processes to enable use and reuse of marketing assets across the enterprise.
• Improve efficiency, reduce risk, maximise value of creative content.
