Novartis Farmacéutica S.A. de C.V. is seeking a highly organized Project Manager, PMO Marketing in Mexico City (Insurgentes) for a fixed-term contract of 8 months.

The role leads cross-functional projects within a global marketing organization, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with strategic priorities. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in project management, strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, with English fluency

Formación

• 5-10 years of project, program, or portfolio management experience.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, and change management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project management of marketing and organizational initiatives across geographies.
• Develop and maintain plans, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and success metrics.
• Establish governance, tracking, reporting, and decision-making processes.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and external partners.
• Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution to meet program objectives.
• Coordinate communication and change management for strategic initiatives.
• Identify dependencies across projects and align with broader priorities.
• Apply PMO methodologies to improve transparency and execution.
• Provide continuous improvement recommendations for project management.
• Foster an inclusive, compliant work environment with ethics and risk controls.
