Job summary

Mondelez México seeks a Consumer Science professional to plan and lead sensory evaluations and consumer research projects. You will be trained to independently manage innovation projects and ensure new products deliver the intended consumer experience across categories.

You will collaborate with R&D and Marketing, coordinate multiple workstreams, and maintain high standards of quality and safety in the sensory lab while developing your expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Nutrition, or related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in sensory science; consumer research or product development a plus.
• Strong data analysis, organization, teamwork, and project coordination skills.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute sensory evaluations for renovation projects.
• Support productivity and cost-savings initiatives by validating reformulations while preserving consumer delight.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D and Marketing to align deliverables with timelines.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.
• Document learnings and share best practices to grow the team’s knowledge base.
