Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Spanish.

• Ability to explain complex product features in an understandable way.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• Must be located in or able to commute to Morelia, Michoacán, MX for on-site duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Deliver detailed product information and demonstrations, highlighting key benefits and features.
• Achieve individual sales targets through effective consultation and relationship building.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of all products, including new arrivals and promotions.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Assist with visual merchandising to ensure products are displayed attractively and informatively.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Contribute to inventory management tasks as needed, such as restocking and stock checks.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product and sales skills.
• Build and maintain customer loyalty through follow-up and personalized service.
