Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; English proficiency to work with North America clients.
• Experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Risk Control, Loss Prevention, Safety Management, or related areas.
• Exposure to construction, energy, oil & gas, transportation, logistics, or other operational environments.
• Ability to review safety programs, procedures, and compliance docs to identify risks and improvements.
• Strong analytical and data-management skills; Excel proficiency and multi-source data analysis.
• Experience preparing reports and recommendations for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and review operations to identify hazards and gaps.
• Evaluate HSE programs and policies for regulatory alignment.
• Provide recommendations on accident prevention, safety protocols, and risk mitigation.
• Analyze data to uncover trends and exposures; reference multiple systems for gaps.
• Develop risk control reports translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Support underwriting discussions and insurance program optimization.
