Aon plc in Mexico City is seeking a Casualty Risk Control Consultant to help clients identify and mitigate operational risks. This full-time hybrid role starts on-site with training and moves toward flexible work options after three months.

You will assess risk exposures, review safety programs, analyze data from multiple systems, and collaborate with brokers and clients to improve insurance outcomes. Relevant HSE experience and strong English are required; industry exposure includes oil & gas,

Formación

• Experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and risk control.
• Exposure to construction, energy, oil & gas, or logistics industries.
• Ability to review safety programs and compliance documentation.
• Strong analytical and data-management skills with Excel proficiency.
• Experience preparing reports and recommendations for leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct risk assessments and review operations to identify hazards and gaps.
• Evaluate HSE programs and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide recommendations on accident prevention and safety protocols.
• Analyze data sources to identify trends and exposure gaps.
• Develop risk control reports translating findings into business actions.
• Support underwriting discussions and insurance program optimization.
