Job summary

This full-time hybrid role offers on-site training with flexible post-training options and collaboration with brokers, risk consultants, and industry specialists.

You will evaluate risk exposures, review safety programs, and develop data-driven recommendations to reduce risk and control insurance costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and sophisticated English level to work with North America clients.
• Experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) or Risk Control.
• Exposure to construction, energy, oil & gas, transportation, logistics.
• Ability to review safety programs and compliance documentation to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Strong data-analysis and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments to identify workplace hazards and compliance gaps.
• Evaluate HSE programs and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Review client operations and provide risk mitigation recommendations.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to uncover exposures and trends.
• Prepare risk control reports and client-ready presentations.
