Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Consultor de Bienestar Holístico to join a fully remote team serving clients primarily in Naucalpan, State of Mexico. You will guide clients in creating personalized wellness plans covering physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health, with virtual assessments and ongoing coaching.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in client-facing wellness/coaching, strong knowledge of wellness modalities, and excellent communication and empathy.

Qualifications

• Certification or degree in Holistic Health Coaching, Wellness Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing wellness or coaching role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of various wellness modalities (nutrition, yoga, meditation, stress management).
• Exceptional active listening, empathy, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive holistic health assessments via virtual platforms.
• Develop personalized wellness plans addressing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to clients as they implement wellness strategies.
• Educate clients on nutrition, mindfulness, stress management, and other wellness practices.
• Research and recommend relevant wellness resources, practitioners, and services.

Responsibilities include conducting in-depth client assessments, providing coaching, recommending lifestyle adjustments, and connecting clients with appropriate resources.
