Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role within the beauty, spa, or wellness industry.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
• Extensive knowledge of skincare, cosmetic products, and holistic health practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Proficiency in using video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and CRM software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Cosmetology, Esthetics, Nutrition, Wellness, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
• Demonstrated passion for beauty and wellness trends.
