Empresa Confidencial is seeking a high-performance sales professional to drive growth in industrial automation. This is a hunter role focused on building opportunities, influencing decisions, and closing deals with top-tier customers in Mexico.

You will own territory revenue growth, identify and close new business with OEMs and End Users, and apply proactive selling to tailor high-value solutions. A CRM-driven approach and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of technical/solutions sales experience in automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Proven track record in hunting, closing, and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling to OEMs and End Users.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue growth and market expansion within your territory.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities (OEMs & End Users).
• Apply proactive selling to understand customer challenges and deliver high-value solutions.
• Manage pipeline, KPIs, and performance through CRM discipline.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
