MuchoRed in San Pedro Garza García, MX, is seeking a Construction Scheduler to lead ground-up commercial and multifamily projects in the United States. You will develop and maintain detailed schedules from preconstruction through completion, coordinating with PMs, Superintendents, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction scheduling, mastery of CPM, and proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, and MS Office.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling or related roles.
• Experience with ground-up commercial or multifamily construction.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling and construction sequencing.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, and MS Office.
• Professional English communication (C1 or higher).

Responsabilidades

• Build baseline schedules, monitor critical path activities, and identify schedule risks.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, subcontractors, and clients to optimize project sequencing.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and schedule updates.
• Track procurement milestones, long-lead items, and project progress.
• Support project planning, turnover, and schedule reporting.

Construction Scheduler

Location: SPGG, Mexico (On-site)

We're looking for an experienced Construction Scheduler to join our growing preconstruction team and help drive successful delivery of ground-up commercial and multifamily construction projects across the United States.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules from preconstruction through project completion.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Professional English communication (C1 or higher).
