Join a leading company as a Connected Drive & BMW Service Inclusive Scholar intern. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, where you'll support various tasks from day one. Formación

• Availability from August to December 2025, ideally 09:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday.
• Good academic standing (preferably up to 8.5 GPA).

• Prepare weekly reports for Teleservices and CCR linkage.
• Assist with testing and customer cases in the ConnectedDrive team.

Overview

Responsibilities

• Support activation of BSI/UCSI packages in SAP and CRM.
• Coordinate updates of vehicle linkage data and customer cases via BMW/MINI App.
• Prepare weekly reports for Teleservices and CCR linkage.
• Assist in the monthly invoicing process for BSI/UCSI packages.
• Monitor and report KPIs for PSv, WVR, CCR-Service, and Retail.
• Upload monthly data to AG for manual markets.
• Coordinate reward points based on dealer performance.
• Assist with testing and customer cases in the ConnectedDrive team.
• Support data maintenance and report automation in Power BI.
• Act as a contact point for regional providers, addressing inquiries and issues.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Active University student from 4th or 5th semester onwards.
• Good academic standing (preferably up to 8.5 GPA).
• Availability from August to December 2025, ideally 09:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday.
• Proactive attitude, responsibility, and good communication skills.
