Job summary

Ericsson Mexico City seeks a General Ledger Accountant to join our finance team. You will manage ledger entries and reconciliations, support period closings, and ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate standards.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 2–4+ years in corporate accounting, strong Excel skills, and Oracle Fusion/SmartView experience preferred. CPA is a plus; this role operates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Minimum 2–4+ years in Corporate Accounting.
• CPA preferred.
• Oracle Fusion, SmartView experience preferred (Multi facet accounting software).
• Advanced Excel Skills, Google sheets.

Responsibilities

• Independently prepare compensation entries and department allocations (such as salary, bonus and benefits).
• Verify third party payroll data integrity by identifying errors / unexpected trends in accounting data to improve accuracy
• Preparation of Account Reconciliations in support of the financial statements
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation variances on a timely basis
• Analytical reviews of compensation accounts
