AT-PAC, part of the umdasch Industrial Solutions division, seeks a Commercial Operations professional to manage end-to-end order processing for customers, intercompany, and supplier orders. You will coordinate fulfillment, verify material availability, and liaise with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Logistics and Yard teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery and satisfaction.

• 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Order Management, or a related field.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial, or rental equipment industry is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end order processing for customer, intercompany, and supplier orders.
• Coordinate outbound and inbound order fulfillment, including material availability checks and delivery scheduling.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders to ensure order execution and satisfaction.
• Communicate proactively regarding product availability, delivery schedules, and order status.
• Coordinate material transfers and intercompany transactions, including import/export documentation.
• Monitor inventory availability and coordinate replenishment or transfers.
• Manage backorders and ensure timely resolution with stakeholders.
• Process pricing, billing, credit requests, freight charges, and order confirmations.
• Resolve order-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support monthly closing activities and CBAM reporting where applicable.

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end order processing for customer, intercompany, and supplier orders, ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and compliance with company procedures.
• Coordinate outbound and inbound order fulfillment, including material availability checks, delivery scheduling, purchase and sales order creation, and shipment coordination.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, including Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Yard teams, to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate proactively regarding product availability, delivery schedules, order status, changes, and potential delays.
• Coordinate material transfers and intercompany transactions, including import/export documentation and logistics requirements.
• Monitor inventory availability, identify shortages, and coordinate replenishment or equipment transfers with Operations and Logistics teams.
• Manage backorders and ensure timely resolution while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Process pricing, billing, credit requests, freight charges, and order confirmations accurately in accordance with commercial policies.
• Resolve order-related issues, including complaints, damaged or incorrect deliveries, shortages, and system discrepancies, implementing corrective actions where required.
• Support monthly closing activities through accurate transaction processing and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain regulatory and compliance reporting, including Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) reporting where applicable.
• Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes, order management efficiency, and customer service.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and support additional business initiatives as assigned.
• Comply with AT-PAC policies, safety standards, and business practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Order Management, or a related field.
• Experience in the construction, manufacturing, industrial, or rental equipment industry is preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems; experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Strong commitment to accuracy, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
• Advanced English required.
