Naviva, A Four Seasons Resort, in Punta Mita, Mexico, seeks a Commercial Director to lead all commercial and marketing activities with Sales, Catering, Conference Services, PR, and Revenue Management.

The role requires developing the commercial strategy for Naviva's boutique luxury property, overseeing partnerships, programming and guest experiences to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Requires strong revenue and budget management skills.
• Experience in leading marketing and commercial activities in luxury hospitality.
• 3–5 years of employment in a related position.
• Education: 3 year university/college degree (or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, select and familiarise marketing department personnel with the Resort and their functions.
• Train and guide marketing department personnel in the performance of their duties as to specific position responsibilities, performance techniques, reporting procedures, etc.
• Conduct performance evaluations and follow up with marketing department personnel.
• Develop and implement the Annual Marketing Plan.
• Develop innovative commercial initiatives that strengthen Naviva's positioning within the luxury travel market and drive qualified demand for the Resort.
• Actively engage with Resort leadership and operational teams to translate commercial strategies into tangible guest experiences, programming and activations.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with other departments particularly those with mutual guest contact.
