Radian Generation, located in Mexico, Jalisco, is looking for a Commercial Counsel to drive effective and consistent contracting. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating NDAs and customer contracts, collaborating closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure clarity while maintaining a focus on risk management. Candidates should have a J.D., 3-6 years of legal experience, and strong skills in negotiation and contract management, with a preference for experience in renewable energy.

Formación

• 3 to 6 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house role.
• Experience drafting and negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and SaaS or services contracts.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, or renewable energy is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, Statements of Work, and vendor agreements.
• Serve as a primary legal partner to Sales and Operations teams.
• Maintain and improve contract templates and standard terms.

Educación

J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school
