Amgen Mexico is seeking a Commercial Access Senior Manager in CDMX to lead contracting and pricing across public and private sectors. You will partner with Commercial, Market Access, Finance, Legal and Supply Chain to drive growth and compliant contracting practices.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and a track record in Mexican public and private healthcare environments. A master’s or bachelor’s in a related field is required along with English proficiency.

Formación

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 6–8 years in pharmaceutical/healthcare commercial ops, pricing, market access, contracts or tender management.
• 2 years of managerial experience leading teams, programs or resource allocation.
• Proven experience managing government tenders and institutional business in the Mexican healthcare system.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the overarching commercial contracts and pricing strategy for public and private sectors in Mexico.
• Act as a strategic advisor enabling data-driven decisions with market insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Finance, Legal and Supply Chain teams for seamless execution.
• Identify market opportunities and propose innovative contracting models to boost performance and patient access.
• Lead government tenders and institutional business planning, governance and compliance.
