Vishay Intertechnology is seeking a full-time manufacturing operator in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, to ensure production plans are met and line outputs stay efficient. The role involves preparing wafers and components, processing per specifications, and performing basic machine setup or CNC programming when needed.

Collaborate with maintenance teams, report issues promptly, and strictly follow EHS rules to maintain safe, high-quality production.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with production plans and overall line outputs.
• Adhere to internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g. EHS).
• Plan or contribute to the unit's budget and keep manufacturing costs as planned.
• Execute, supervise or manage manufacturing front-end processes according to procedures.
• Prepare wafers, components or semi-products and monitor related hand-stock.
• Process components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform basic machine-related setup and/or CNC/SPS programming if required.
• Cooperate with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers for repair issues.
• Report any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisor.
• Obey all work rules and EHS regulations for the assigned tasks.
