Vishay Intertechnology in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, invites applications for a Production Trainer. The role supports production plan adherence, line output efficiency, and safety compliance within a busy manufacturing environment.

Key tasks include resource planning, budgeting support, and hands-on operation and setup of manufacturing processes, with potential CNC/SPS programming. You will collaborate with maintenance and other service providers to ensure continuous production and quality.

Formación

• Experience in training production staff or line workers.
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety rules and EHS standards.
• Ability to read and interpret production paperwork and work instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure adherence to production plans and line outputs to maintain overall efficiency.
• Contribute to unit budgeting, allocate resources, and monitor manufacturing costs.
• Lead front-end manufacturing processes and machine setups, including basic CNC/SPS programming if required.
• Coordinate with maintenance or external providers for repair issues.
• Operate and monitor machines in the workflow, starting and checking processes and ensuring quality.
