Vishay Intertechnology in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, is seeking a manufacturing operator to ensure compliance with production plans and line outputs, and to keep production running efficiently.

You will perform front-end manufacturing tasks, prepare wafers and components, monitor hand-stock, and follow safety rules and EHS regulations. Some basic machine setup and CNC/SPS programming may be required, with cooperation from maintenance when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with production plans and production line outputs and keep production assigned overall efficient.
• Adhere to internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (EHS).
• Plan or contribute to unit's budget, allocating resources and keeping manufacturing cost as planned.
• Execute, supervise or manage manufacturing front-end processes as assigned, per procedures: prep of wafers/components, processing to specifications and quality standards, basic machine setup and CNC/SPS programming if required.
• Cooperate with maintenance technicians and external service providers for repairs.
