Valeo North America is seeking motivated CO-OP/INTERN- INDUSTRIAL candidates to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role supports various industrial engineering initiatives, contributing to process optimization, efficiency improvements, and lean manufacturing principles.

Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering is required, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency in MS Office.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Assist in analysis of manufacturing processes to identify efficiency, cost, and quality improvements.
• Support implementation of lean manufacturing methodologies (5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen).
• Participate in time studies and work sampling to establish standard work and optimize cycles.
