Valeo is seeking an entry-level Production Trainee in Querétaro to learn foundational manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols. You will assist with daily production tasks, document activities, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives under supervision.

Ideal candidates are eager to learn, capable of standing for long periods, and flexible with shifts. This traineeship emphasizes hands-on skill development in a large global automotive supplier environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong desire to learn and develop skills in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team setting.
• Basic understanding of mechanical principles is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is beneficial but not required.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in structured training programs covering manufacturing techniques, equipment operation, and product assembly.
• Assist experienced production staff with daily tasks, including material handling, machine setup, and process monitoring.
• Learn and adhere to all company safety regulations and quality standards.
• Perform basic inspections of raw materials and finished products to identify defects or deviations.
• Document production activities and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Actively engage in problem-solving discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision, following established procedures.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently within designated timelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
