This role is designed for individuals seeking to develop foundational skills and knowledge in a dynamic production environment. Job Responsibilities \\* Assist with the setup, operation, and monitoring of production machinery and equipment. \\* Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various manufacturing tasks. \\* Perform quality checks on products at different stages of the production process, identifying and reporting defects. \\* Support senior production staff in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. \\* Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge of production systems. \\* Follow all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure workplace. \\* Contribute to problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement efforts on the production line. \\* Document production data as required, including quantities produced and quality control results. \\* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and issues.
