Eaton in Mexico is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to generate 3D and 2D geometries and NC programs for lathe and mill operations in a manufacturing environment.

You will use Mastercam, select cutting tools, optimize cycles, create setup cards and work instructions, and train shop personnel while ensuring QMS and trade compliance. The shift is Monday–Thursday, 18:00–06:00, onsite in Tijuana.

Formación

• Engineering degree preferred or technical degree.
• More than 3 years’ experience.
• Computer usage: Advanced.

Responsabilidades

• Development of 3D and 2D geometries according to blueprint.
• Development of NC Programs for lathe and mills.
• Definition of cutting tools and geometries.
• NC equipment utilization.
• Administration and control of NC Programs using DNC system.
• Create manufacturing instructions / Dossier.
• Use of Mastercam for NC programming.
• Provide guidance and training to operations personnel.
• Run first parts following NC program for buy off.
• Cycle time definition for new parts.
• Cycle time optimization for existing parts.
• Continuous improvement on machining operations.
