Cummins Inc. in Mexico is seeking personnel to service, support, and maintain equipment used by tool makers. You will operate CNC and conventional machine tools, read drawings, and work safely with electricity and energy sources in an industrial setting.

The role emphasizes equipment uptime, preventive and predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement within the TPM framework. A basic high school diploma and some practical experience are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience level: some work experience or intermediate knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Operate tool room equipment including CNC machines, lathes, grinders, milling machines, drill presses and shapers.
• Perform preventive, emergency, corrective and predictive maintenance activities.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and participate in TPM activities.
• Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints and schedule maintenance around production.
